How quickly do you ship?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days, and we aim to get your Musera® products to you as quickly as possible — often within just 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

For eligible returns, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided.

To receive a full refund, all returns must include the product, original packaging, instructions, and any accessories. Items should be in good, working condition, showing only normal wear and tear.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return is received.
